With 17 years of high-volume GM and expert bartending experience, I’ve worked in some of the largest bars in the country, delivering fast, polished, and unforgettable service. My work has been featured in published articles, and most recently I co-built the largest American whiskey collection in the county alongside the managing partner at The Last Refuge. I’ve relocated to Arecibo, Puerto Rico, to follow a dream and bring top-tier hospitality to the island.
