Andre Phillips is a Chicago-based presenter and former TV reporter who finds the person inside every story. As KPVI’s first African American male reporter, he covered news, contractor scams, and local lifestyle stories. His work later expanded to A-list press junkets, red carpets, BBC World News commentary, and UK documentaries on Harry and Meghan.
