Andi Flax

Andi played at the funeral mass for a friend of mine that was attended by friends and peers. It was a very emotional day as Jeannie never had any family but had created a family of friends and therapists over her 76 years who came to say their final "good-by" to her. Music is always so very emotive and Andi's voice was absolutely beautiful, filling the church with Ave Maria, Let There Be Peace on Earth (and let it begin with me), which is my all-time favorite, and for the recessional she sang Jeanie's favorite song, You Are My Sunshine, on a loop as everyone left the church...but most folks didn't leave...they stood around in clusters and chatted because the atmosphere was so warm & caring.
I would hire Andi again a heartbeat! Everyone loved her music and many made a point of thanking and telling her how sure they were that Jeannie enjoyed every minute!! Thanks Andi!!

And a super lovely person. We all enjoyed her and Chris playing while we had a very casual gathering.

In the weeks leading up to my proposal surprise, I contacted Andi to ask if she could make our evening go from special to spectacular. Andi absolutely delivered! In just a few short weeks, she learned several songs that I wanted my girlfriend to hear as part of a private concert during our proposal. Not only did Andi learn the songs, she performed such a beautiful and unique rendition of each of them; truly making them her own.

Communication with Andi leading up to the event was effortless and she also worked seamlessly with a photographer who I had also hired for the big day. I cannot put into words how grateful we are to have had Andi at our event. Thank you so very much for everything Andi! You gave us an amazing performance that we will remember for the rest of our lives!
