Ana María Perera is an internationally acclaimed artist whose live performances as a singer and pianist captivate audiences with elegance, passion, and musical excellence. Whether performing solo or with accompaniment, Ana María creates a unique musical atmosphere tailored for weddings, private events, corporate functions, and concerts.
Throughout her remarkable career, she has shared the stage with some of the most renowned names in Latin and international music, including Gilberto Santa Rosa, Luis Enrique, Paulina Rubio, Luis Fonsi, India, Earth, Wind & Fire, and many more. Her talent has been recognized by both national and international press, earning her numerous accolades.
As a songwriter, Ana María’s compositions have been performed by top Latin artists and featured in award-winning productions, including the Grammy Award-winning album “Directo al Corazón” by Gilberto Santa Rosa and the Latin Grammy-nominated album “Pa’lante” by Willy Chirino.
She collaborated with Alejandro Sanz on the vocal arrangements for his album El Tren de los Momentos (2006), and launched her solo recording career with her debut single “Te Tengo o Te Perdí” under the Sony BMG label, produced by Iker Gastaminza (Shakira, Montaner).

Growing up immersed in Cuban music, legends like Celia Cruz, Benny Moré, and Buena Vista Social Club inspired me with their passion, rhythm, and soul. Their vibrant energy and timeless melodies instilled in me a deep respect for authentic Latin rhythms and storytelling through music.
On the international side, artists like Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, and Nat King Cole have influenced my interpretation of jazz standards and ballads, helping me develop a smooth and emotional vocal style that connects with audiences beyond language.
Latin pop icons such as Gilberto Santa Rosa, Luis Enrique, and Alejandro Sanz have been key inspirations, especially in how they blend traditional Latin sounds with contemporary influences to create music that resonates worldwide. Working with some of these artists has further deepened my appreciation of musical versatility and professionalism.
In addition, I draw inspiration from genres such as bossa nova (thanks to Antonio Carlos Jobim), rock (from legends like The Beatles and Santana), and disco and soul (including Earth, Wind & Fire), which bring energy and fun to my performances.
These diverse influences allow me to offer a wide-ranging repertoire that blends classic Latin rhythms with jazz, pop, rock, and international standards — making each show unique, versatile, and emotionally rich.
