Access to venue at least 1–2 hours before the event for setup and walkthrough
Designated point of contact at venue (or access to venue coordinator)
Quiet space for coordination prep and communication
Access to audio system (if announcements or cueing music is required)
Adequate lighting for setup and coordination after dark (for outdoor events)
