I have a long history of working with people and I have learned about applying communication skills in a variety of situations. I speak on the topic of how true leadership looks when you are actively engaged with your people. I have led teams from 2 to 300 in a business setting and Non-profit environment. During a conference, you can easily fall into information overload. Having a speaker with a heartfelt message can provide that mental fresh air that is needed in the room.
