To ensure smooth and professional valet service, the following basic requirements help us operate safely and efficiently:

1. Parking Area / Lot Access
• A designated parking area, parking lot, or approved street/driveway space must be available for our team to park guest vehicles.
• If the parking area requires a code, key, or remote access, it should be provided prior to the event.

2. Sufficient Lighting
• The driveway, drop-off area, and parking spaces must have adequate lighting for guest safety and for the secure handling of vehicles.
• If lighting is limited, please notify us in advance so we can bring supplemental lighting if needed.

3. Clear Drop-Off Zone
• A safe, open space where guests can pull in, stop, and hand off their keys.
• This area should be free from obstacles, construction, or blocked access.

4. Space for Valet Equipment
• A small area for valet essentials such as cones, key box, podium (if used), and signage.
• We will set up everything neatly and remove it at the end.

5. Traffic Flow Support
• For larger events, a clear entry/exit route is needed to avoid congestion.
• If the property has special traffic instructions or restrictions, please share those ahead of time.

6. Key Handling
• Guests must provide standard vehicle keys, fobs, or remotes.
• Any specialty or non-standard key systems should be mentioned in advance.

7. Weather Conditions
• In case of rain or extreme weather, we may require a small covered area or canopy to protect keys, electronic equipment, and guest interaction space.
