Here is how working with us actually goes.

Before the event. We start with your details: date, service hours, address, guest count, and the approximate number of vehicles you expect. From there we recommend the right number of attendants and the right parking strategy. For private residences, estates, and locations with tight access, we may suggest a quick site visit so we can plan the safest layout before the day arrives. If your venue needs a Certificate of Insurance or the city requires a valet permit, we handle that ahead of time.

On the day. Our team arrives early, in uniform, and sets up before your first guest pulls in. You can expect controlled key handling, numbered valet tickets, clear communication between attendants by radio, organized traffic direction, and fast vehicle retrieval at departure.

Throughout. One member of our team stays in contact with the host or planner so you always know what is happening at the curb. If arrivals surge or the departure rush hits all at once, we adjust rather than letting a line build.

What we adapt to. Every property is different. Some have large convenient lots, others involve narrow streets, remote parking, stacked parking, long walking distances, or 150 cars arriving inside of twenty minutes. We plan for those conditions instead of reacting to them.

Hosts and planners are not just hiring people to park cars. They are hiring a company that shows up on time, represents the event well, communicates clearly, and takes one thing off their list. That is the standard we work to.

A&A Parking Services is a family-owned valet parking and event parking management company serving Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Malibu, Santa Monica, Pasadena, Glendale, Encino, Brentwood, Bel Air, and the surrounding areas. We have been in business since 1999 and have staffed more than 5,000 events across 27 cities in the Los Angeles Metro area.

We provide valet service for weddings, private parties, quinceañeras, corporate functions, galas and fundraisers, restaurants, hotels, banquet halls, and luxury residences. Our attendants are professionally uniformed, background-checked, and bilingual in English and Spanish.

Valet is the first and last impression your guests have of your event, so we treat it that way. Our team greets guests properly, keeps the driveway moving, handles keys and tickets under a controlled system, and returns vehicles quickly at the end of the night. Hosts get a calm arrival instead of a traffic jam at the curb.

We are experienced with the parking conditions that make Los Angeles events difficult: narrow hillside streets, private estates with one-car driveways, permit-restricted neighborhoods, stacked parking, remote lots, and shuttle staging. We also handle city permitting where it is required, including Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Santa Monica.

A&A carries $2,000,000 in liability coverage plus Garage Keeper's coverage, and we can issue a Certificate of Insurance the same day your venue requests one. We also offer a discount to nonprofit organizations.

What affects your quote. Staffing and pricing are based on logistics, not a flat rate. Guest count, vehicle volume, service hours, available parking, driveway and street access, stacked or remote parking, shuttle needs, and city regulations all factor into the plan.

What to send us for an accurate quote:

Event date and service hours (start and end)
Full event address
Estimated guest count and, if known, approximate vehicle count
Event type (wedding, private party, corporate, etc.)
Whether parking is on-site, street, or off-site

Site visits. For private residences, estates, and locations with restricted access, we may recommend a site visit before finalizing the plan. There is no charge for this.

Permits. Several Los Angeles-area cities require a valet permit. We are familiar with the requirements in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, and other municipalities, and we hold a current Beverly Hills business tax certificate. Permit lead times vary, so book early when your event is in one of these cities.

Insurance. $2,000,000 general liability plus Garage Keeper's coverage. Certificates of Insurance naming your venue as additional insured can usually be issued the same day.

Payment. A deposit confirms the date; the balance is due at or before the event. Card payments are accepted and are subject to a processing fee.

Typical event service runs 4 to 6 hours. Minimum booking is 4 hours of service time. Our crew arrives approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up the valet stand and signage, and stays until the last guest vehicle is returned. Additional hours are available and billed hourly. Service time begins at the scheduled start and ends at the scheduled end time; if guests remain past the contracted end time, additional time is billed in 30-minute increments. Multi-day and recurring service is available for venues, restaurants, and commercial properties.
