Alexander Fool

We reached out to Alex regarding a Viking-style Celebration of Life for my brother-in-law, who always wanted a send-off with fire. Instead of giving me a boiler plate sales pitch about why we should book him, he responded with compassion and respect, expressing how deeply honored he would be to be a part of such a meaningful event. He was extremely communicative and creative, suggesting ideas to incorporate that I would never have thought of, but in a deeply respectful way, always considering the emotions of the family. He rolled with the punches as I came to him with changes and additions during the week leading up to the event. On the day of, he was punctual, polite, and professional, as were the performers he brought with him. They stayed with us longer than I expected, joining in to celebrate the life of a man they never knew, long after their set was complete, in order to support us for the rest of the evening. I just can't say enough good things about Alex. We will remember his performance for the rest of our lives; somehow he managed to bring exactly what my sister-in-law needed to begin healing, even when she wasn't sure what she wanted at times.
