I can offer an energetic performance that reacts to and interacts with the crowd. I am a solo artist but I like to layer my music with different tracks I create to supplement the keyboard. I am a very low-maintenance and adaptable person, so I thrive in controlled chaos. I love performing and put every ounce of my energy into it.
I'm a pianist and singer from Northwest, Indiana. I studied medieval religion and gender at George Washington University in DC, which has greatly influenced the themes of my music. I love playing live as well as recording. My influences include Kate Bush, Tori Amos and Florence + the Machine. I also love 80's music like New Order, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Yazoo and Roxy Music.
My performances are easy to set up. I have an 88-key weighted keyboard and key stand. It takes a miniature plug but I have a converter. I just need to plug that in and have a microphone and I'm good. Lighting and vocal effects (reverb!!) are always great but not necessary.

Kate Bush, Tori Amos and Florence + the Machine are my favorites. I try to bring some ideas from them into my performances but I like to keep it original. Kate Bush has an impact on my songwriting, Tori Amos has such on my piano playing and Florence inspires me with her high-energy performances.
I'm also influenced by books. I love Virginia Woolf (I have a song about her), I love The Bell Jar (song about that too). Feminist literature, religious literature, literary fiction all influence my work.
