I have also interviewed over 150 business leaders, self improvement coaches, and psychologist/sociologist to determine the optimal mental approach to perform your best as a leader and as a business.

Over 15 years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, and product strategy. This included going to Boston College for a degree in Finance, working in management consulting at Deloitte Consulting, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a career in Corporate Strategy at IBM (with a couple of stops a long the way to start my own Fantasy Sports business, called The War Room, and some time at Kaplan Test Prep).
I take the time to deeply understand the people, culture, business strategy, and operational realities to assess what root issues exist and pragmatic solutions that actually drive a real impact. I know what consulting and strategy work looks like when it is "smoke and mirrors" and a really beautiful power point presentation, without any real substance or logical rigor. That is not what you will ever get from me. I am very transparent and candid, while also being extremely thoughtful, humble, and empathetic.
My goal isn't to try and impress you with jargon and abstract recommendations. My goal isn't to provide insights that are not actionable or realistic in your environment. My goal isn't to be superficially provocative or to alienate people/teams. My goal is to work with you to understand your business, your people, and your problem so that I can help you drive the results you are after. This requires candor over comfort, objective analysis, and honest introspection or the process does not work.
