Based in San Rafael, Marin County, my "beverage catering" training includes six years as a high-end event manager/server for the Bay Area's premier beverage caterer, Bartenders Unlimited, from (phone number hidden)0.

While there, working more than 100 events annually, I managed hundreds of staff and served throughout the Bay Area at exclusive venues and world headquarters including Asian Art Museum, AT&T Park VIP Suites, Autodesk, Bently Reserve, Chase Center VIP Suites, Computer History Museum, Ebay, Facebook, Filoli Gardens, Google, Hillard Aviation Museum, Lawrence Livermore Lab, Lucasfilm, Oracle, Salesforce, SF City Hall, SF MOMA, Skywalker Ranch, Skywalker Vineyards, TESLA, The Exploratorium, UC Berkeley, VMware, WeWork, Williams-Sonoma Union Square, WIRED, and many, many more--and even in Los Angeles and Las Vegas!

In 2020, with all of that training and experience, I chose to work with smaller, custom events and started my own freelance event "beverage catering" service for private repeat clients who hire me directly, usually for their private dinner parties, school and nonprofit fundraisers, family dinners (including some Holidays), and other smaller events in Marin County and San Francisco.

I create the Contract with the client, provide a "shopping list" to you, then arrive with my bar kit, help prepare the bar for guest service, serve, and clean up during and after.

If you need additional help, I have a few other qualified bartenders and "event helpers" on my roster if you need an additional server to work with me at your event. Usually I recommend one bartender for up to 40 guests, and two bartenders beyond that.

My goal is to make your event fun and smooth, so the guests have a great time and the host can really enjoy it!

Happy to provide a quote based on your event's location, guest count, duration (event start and end time, plus usually one hour before and after), and the kinds of beverages you'd like me to prepare and serve to your guests.

I show up with my "bar kit" and you provide the beverage supplies including mixers and soda, ice, drink garnishes, glass or cupware, bar or service table, trash & recycling receptacles.
