Adaina is a best-selling author, motivational speaker and Empowerment Coach currently thriving in Fairhope, Alabama. She has been speaking from stages, encouraging and educating people since 1994. Adaina’s career evolved to Health Coach in 2015 just a couple of years after she was able to manage a chronic autoimmune disease into remission. She transitioned from Health Coach to Empowerment Coach in 2018 when she realized that mindset was pivotal for ALL success.
Adaina’s approach to addressing the underlying root cause of limiting beliefs might be something you’ve never heard before. Her story is almost savage. She has overcome more than most and she has a simple 5-step program for helping others free themselves from their current circumstances and old habits. Her love for the oppressed runs deep. You’ll feel it anytime you’re in her presence.
