Lunar acroyoga is an inclusive movement and healing art. The practice looks like magic, but is accessible for any body type or age range.
Connecting with platonic touch as friends, or exploring intimate moments as partners.
Gentle cues teach you to slow down and move one limb at a time in your own time. The easeful poses have a therapeutic effect.

We started facilitating workshops at music festivals in 2017. Now, we bring the practice home for friends and families to learn how capable we are of healing one another.
