We started facilitating workshops at music festivals in 2017. Now, we bring the practice home for friends and families to learn how capable we are of healing one another.

Bring a playful spirit and comfy clothes. Be mindful, sometimes the flyer will be upside-down.
We have soft blankets, pillows, yoga mats, and water.
We have a curated playlist, and can play any music you’d like on our PA system.
I will bring a thick yoga mat. We can use mine, or each person can bring their own.
