Acme Jazz Garage is a collective of Tampa-based musicians who play jazz (funky, straightahead, traditional, bebop, smooth, fusion), blues, Latin jazz and pop/rock instrumentals.
Our flexible lineup ranges from a duo to a full quintet, with sax, guitar, piano, bass and drums.
We were the house band for upscale restaurant Timpano, playing Thursday & Friday nights from 2014 to 2020. We've also played major Tampa Bay area fests & venues: Clearwater Jazz Holiday, Gasparilla Music Festival, WMNF Tropical Heatwave, Palladium, HCC Mainstage Theater, Sparkman Wharf, Skipper's, Ella's & The Independent.
Our 2021 "Sharkskin" CD and our 2016 debut CD have aired on jazz radio stations across the U.S.

October 31, 2025These guys were great! They played for a few hours at a speakeasy themed event and were exactly what we needed in the space. Easy to work with, very communicative, timely, and they played a wide variety of jazz. Lots of positive feedback from our attendees too. Would definitely rebook and highly recommend.
