When you book Ignited Entertainment, you can expect a customized performance designed to fit your event perfectly. Every show is tailored to your vision; whether that means an elegant aerial act, a high-energy fire performance, or vibrant LED entertainment that lights up the night.

We’ll take care of all permitting communications to keep the process simple and stress-free. Please note that if your city requires special permits, those fees are separate from the performance price.

Technical Requirements

To ensure a safe and professional performance, please review the following requirements:
• Fire Performances: A clear outdoor space of at least 40 ft x 40 ft with no overhead obstructions (trees, tents, wires, etc.). Fire marshal or special permits may be required depending on the city.
• Aerial Acts: Secure rigging point with a minimum height of 15–20 ft, or ability to bring in a portable aerial rig (requires level ground and additional setup space).
• LED and Circus Acts: Minimum performance area of 15 ft x 15 ft indoors or outdoors, with standard ceiling clearance. Works best in dim or darkened environments for maximum effect.
• Stage & Sound: Access to electricity if sound system or lighting is requested. Client must provide stage/grounding area that is flat, dry, and safe for performers.
• General Needs:
• 30–60 minutes of setup and warm-up time before the performance.
• Access to water and a private changing area for performers.
• Weather backup plan for outdoor events (especially fire and aerial).
