A Wedding Affair

Depending on your needs, we have the right package for you! Here's a snapshot of what our packages entail:

DAY OF COORDINATION - This package is for couples who have already planned everything for their wedding day but need a professional to execute the day and ensure everything comes together flawlessly. The couple has contracted all vendor negotiations, but needs assistance with last-minute items and day of coordination to ensure they have the wedding of their dreams.

MONTH OF COORDINATION - This package is for couples who planned their entire wedding but want someone to make sure all the details and vision are in place and set up properly. These couples desire to have full engagement with the vendors but may not have the resources or know-how to put all the parts together for their big day. This package allows the couple to plan the majority of the wedding with assistance from us.

PARTIAL PLANNING - This package is for couples who love the hands-on experience but want guidance along their planning journey. They have some time to work directly with vendors but need assistance reviewing vendor contracts and confirming details.

FULL PLANNING - Our full coordination package includes help from start to finish. We offer guidance and help with choosing vendors who fit your personal style and budget, while keeping you on track throughout the planning process. We help with budget development and work with you on all of the logistics in order to make the day as seamless as possible.
We coordinate the ceremony rehearsal and are on site all day on event day for setup, breakdown, and coordination while handling each logistical detail and working directly with vendors. We schedule and attend important meetings with your vendors and venue beforehand, help choose rentals and offer unlimited hours of consultation until your event.
This package also includes help with transportation logistics along with hotel room block options.

Planning a wedding is an exciting journey, and I am excited to help you plan and execute your special day. A wedding day has many moving parts, and with my attention to detail, professionalism, and experience, I aim to ensure your wedding day is fabulous and seamless.

Our level of planning and coordination is up to you. We have 4 packages for you to choose from. We are currently available for weddings in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. However, for weddings 60 miles or more outside of Charleston, South Carolina, travel fees will be added. I am excited to discuss your location and preferred package at your initial consultation.
