My name is Stephanie Lee and I am the owner of A Simple Taste of Elegance Events. I grew up in San Antonio, Texas where people are kind and welcoming. That is what I want my bride to experience while working with me. I learned to use my military upbringing to bring order and calmness to all of my events in order to achieve the ultimate goal: Providing a stress-free day while my clients have a wonderful and fantastic time with family and friends.

I specialize in "Day-of-Planning". Most brides have everything done. They come to me when they realize that is it way too much to do by themselves. That is when my team and I step in and take all of their worries away so that they can enjoy their day. I wish customers would know how much work it takes for us to be behind the scenes. We see the nitty-gritty part of the business so I think they would appreciate us a little more if they say the ins and outs of the preparations. But I guess that defeats the purpose because my job is to take the stress always from them and if they saw the preparations, they would totally be stressed throughout the entire day.
