-Setup Space: A clean, flat surface (such as a table or bar area) measuring approximately 6 to 8 feet long and about 30 inches high for bar setup.
-Shelter: If the event is outdoors, access to a covered or shaded area is required to protect the bar and supplies from direct sunlight or weather. A pop-up tent or canopy is recommended for optimal service.
-Electricity: Access to a standard electrical outlet within 25 feet for lighting, blenders, or other equipment (if applicable).
-Water Access: Ideally, access to a nearby water source for cleanup is helpful but not mandatory.
