Raquel was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand our family’s needs and offered thoughtful suggestions that made my son’s wedding ceremony even more meaningful and memorable.
The technology she used was impressive, and everything—from the sound quality to the timing of the music and program—was perfectly coordinated. Her flexibility and ability to adapt to unexpected situations made the day run smoothly and gave us great peace of mind.
One of the things we appreciated most was that she is bilingual. She helped us seamlessly incorporate both English and Spanish, assisted with selecting songs, and organized the schedule so that everyone felt included and comfortable.
