Ruben Ramos provided the music for our campaign reception at Mijares last night, and he could not have been a better fit. Our guests ranged from ages 19 to 90, longtime friends reuniting after years apart, mixed with the energy of a campaign fundraiser, and Ruben read the room perfectly, adjusting tone and volume throughout the evening to match the mood. He brought his own equipment, made setup and breakdown effortless, and arrived early to be sure everything was ready before our first guest walked in.
The sound he created was exactly what we hoped for: warm, lively, with a Latin flavor that suited the Mijares setting beautifully. Beyond his talent, Ruben is simply a kind and generous person to work with. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I recommend him without reservation.
