David Gibson

David provided music for our outdoor brunch. Many guests remarked that the music was "icing on the cake." His professional presentation (on time, completely prepared with equipment etc, and friendly interactions with guests) really made this live entertainment far easier than putting a playlist together.

David was a pleasure to work with and greatly exceeded our expectations. He knows a variety of songs from numerous genres and even offered to learn a few of our requests despite the short time-frame before our wedding.
In addition to the specific song requests we discussed on the phone my wife sent over a longer list of songs to give him an idea of her vision for the day. On the day of our wedding David showed up early, set up prior to our guests arrival, sat down and began playing. Once the ceremony began David played the processional and recessional songs flawlessly and seamlessly transitioned to the cocktail hour.
During the cocktail hour much to our pleasant surprise David played a ton of songs off the long list my wife provided. Our guests loved it and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. To top it off David gave us the hand written sheet music to our processional song which is another great memento from our special day.

David far exceed our expectations, was a pleasure to work with and we’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a guitar player.

I contacted David back in January (our wedding was scheduled in July) and he agreed to perform the exact songs that we wanted for our ceremony. This seemed like an easy enough request when I first started looking for a musician - but we had a difficult time finding others to agree to this. In addition, David had the best rates that we found - so it was almost too good to be true! He is super easy going and wonderful to work with!

On the actual wedding day - he arrived early and ready to go. He played our favorite love songs and the specific songs that we requested as we walked down the aisle. It's a day that we will never forget, especially for the memorable songs that David played for us and our family. We highly recommend using him for any event and we're sure that he will make it truly unforgettable!
