We will have the band in the main section of city hall - probably to the left of the staircase. Not sure what the availability is for outlets there, but if needed, we can get them.

The main section on the first floor of city hall.
The official event times are from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm, however, our President and President-Elect will arrive early (6:30 pm), and we will likely have people stay after. Setup should be complete by 6:30 pm, and then break down should be after 9:30 pm.
This event is part of our overall Annual Meeting, but is one of our most exclusive events to honor our President and President-Elect.
