Hi, my name is Debbie Jones, manager of West Virginia Independence Hall in Wheeling, WV. WV Independence Hall is the birthplace of WV and Civil War museum. I am looking at having a bluegrass band here on November 17 or December 1st or 15th. Being part of the state of WV, we try to stay time period here with our events and that includes bluegrass music.
