Set up time would be what ever time allows them to be ready to play about 6:10 pm and music will end at 10 pm. They can break down equipment at 10 pm The event itself is from 6 pm -10 pm

This is a first time Beer and Brat event. Friday night only 6-10 pm. We are looking at any type of Country Music, Bluegrass, Cover Band. We will have an outdoor stage and are expecting about 300 people, but that number could change when tickets go on sale in a week or so.
