On time. Professional , easy to work with. Made the experience as a whole a great one. We had a big event on the lawn and he came equipped and ready to handle a full band! Awesome! Our company thanks you!

Professional, responsive, & prepared!
I recently hired Sound Runners to provide sound & lighting for my 5-piece rock cover band playing a 2.5-hour bar gig. Scott was really easy to work with! He responded to messages (via GigSalad & email) quickly and provided the requested specifications and details. He went above and beyond in researching the venue and even checking it out in person days before the event. He showed up early and had his whole system set up before load-in time. He even helped us carry some of our gear! The front-of-house sound was really great despite an oddly shaped/sized room, and Scott was responsive to our requests for tweaks to the onstage monitor mix early in the show. The wireless mic he provided allowed me (lead singer) to wander and interact with the crowd in awesome new ways, and Scott's wireless mixing system (done via tablet/laptop) allowed him to take up very little space in what was already a relatively small room. We were very satisfied with his professionalism, communication, preparation, and of course the sound and lighting as well. He'll be our first contact for similar gigs moving forward!
If think boom means a loud noise, a master is the ruler of a kingdom, that active crossover is move a basketball player makes, and that quadrophonic isn't a real word, then you obviously aren't a sound technician. It also means you definitely should not be running the sound board! Let one of these professionals take over the board and make sure your event's sound goes off flawlessly. With one of these guys in the sound room or behind the board you don't have to worry about squealing microphones or the bass volume overwhelming the singer.
