What to expect as a customer:
Professional concert quality sound reinforcement service for your event whether it is a small event or a large outdoor multi-band festival. Detail focused on your setup and requirements. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous staff will work with you before and during your event to ensure a success. An assessment of your event location will be conducted to determine an appropriate sized sound system. Sound for up to 1000 of your guests. Speaker system can be ground-stacked or flown (depending on the event needs/requirements), or for smaller events, the speaker system can be placed on speaker-stands.

What NOT to expect as a customer:
- A fast "thrown together" sound system just to get something setup.
- An agreement to do an event without a site assessment of your event location.
- Inferior sound.

** Important: Due to the logistics of our services and quality of service, we are unable to provide production services for most events that are held at a PRIVATE residence or a small bar/club. If your event will be held at one of these locations, please contact us for more information.

Lighting services range from basic stage wash lights to larger intelligent lighting systems (contact us for more details on larger lighting packages).

It can take a lot of work to put together a successful event, no matter what the size of the event is. When requesting a quote from us, please provide as much information as possible about your event (power availability, number of bands performing, number inputs needed, number of anticipated guests, load-in location, etc...). Your information will greatly assist us with determining how large of a sound system may be needed along with other logistics about your event.

Due to various types of events and event sizes we provide services for, we may ask you specific information about your band/event during your initial request for a quote. This is to ensure we can provide you a quality service as well as an accurate quote.

Stage Left Audio Productions, LLC utilizes their company owned/maintained sound systems for all events. We will load-in our sound system, set it up, and mix your entire event. We utilize analog and digital mixing consoles. We will determine which format of console (analog or digital) will work best for your event.
