He makes a giardinare with the mushrooms and cans the secret recipe. He currently operates a snack route and is waitng to hear about becoming a District Manager and will sell his route. He worked for Dominicks for 34 years and managed several stores until the local Chicago food chain closed. He has 4 boys 30, 25, 20 and 16. He has 3 sisters and one brother that he is close with and calls his Bro. He grew up in Chicago, went to Steinmetz HS.
