About

7:30 Riders is a guitar and cello duo performing genre-crossing arrangements of classic rock, jazz, R&B, and video game music. With a sound that’s both refined and approachable, the duo brings a unique musical voice to a wide range of events, from elegant galas and cocktail hours to bars, coffee shops, conventions, and private parties.

Guitarist Dan Serino and cellist Alex Son have collaborated for years across multiple ensemble projects, frequently performing and arranging together. Their shared background in video game music and contemporary styles informs a repertoire that blends familiar melodies with unexpected textures, groove, and harmonic depth.

The duo’s flexible format makes 7:30 Riders an easy fit for both intimate settings and larger events. Sets can be tailored to match the atmosphere of each booking, and the duo is happy to accommodate custom song requests, whether that means a favorite game theme, a jazz standard, or a classic rock tune reimagined for guitar and cello.

With a growing catalog of arrangements and a focus on musicality, versatility, and audience connection, 7:30 Riders offers a distinctive live experience that works just as well as background ambiance as it does as a featured performance.

Additional booking notes

7:30 Riders is a self-contained guitar and cello duo with amplification suitable for most indoor venues. We provide our own amps and standard performance equipment and require access to electrical power.

If a house PA system is available, we are happy to connect directly to it. We can also adjust volume and setup to accommodate different room sizes, from intimate spaces to larger event halls.

No special staging or lighting is required; a small performance area is sufficient. Setup and breakdown are quick and unobtrusive, allowing for smooth integration into event schedules.
