At 5 O’Clock Sips, we provide a seamless and professional bartending experience for all types of events. Below are important details about our services and setup requirements:

What We Provide:

✔ Portable Bar Setup: Our foldable bar (19.5” D x 47.75” W x 42.75” H) fits into most event spaces and creates a stylish, functional drink station.
✔ Professional Bartending Services: Experienced bartenders crafting high-quality cocktails with efficiency and flair.
✔ Mixers & Garnishes: We supply basic mixers, syrups, and garnishes to enhance your drink selection.
✔ Glassware & Bar Tools: Available upon request, including shakers, strainers, jiggers, and more.

What We Require from the Client/Event Venue:

✔ Beverages & Alcohol: As a dry hire service, the client must provide all alcoholic beverages.
✔ Adequate Space: A minimum 6’ x 6’ space for our bar setup and workspace.
✔ Flat & Stable Surface: The setup area should be level for safety and efficiency.
✔ Access to Water & Ice: Clean running water and ice are required for cocktail preparation (if not provided, we can assist with sourcing).
✔ Shade or Covering for Outdoor Events: If the event is outdoors, we require a shaded area or tent to protect the setup and maintain drink quality.
✔ Power Source (if needed): If using additional bar equipment (e.g., blenders, lighting), access to a standard power outlet may be required.
