We provide a comprehensive online portal that can house all of your planning needs. We will discuss your budget and provide you with ways to stay within it, while also breaking down the budget in a way that guides you along each planning step. The portal also allows you to track guests and to track vendor requests and communications. We will assist in finding vendors that would work best for your event, as well as, provide you connecting with some of our recommended vendors. We will review and negotiate vendor contracts, as well. We simply tailor your event planning experience to you and your expectations and it all starts with our free consultation. Before making any decisions about an event planner, we sit down with you for about an hour and discuss your needs and desired outcome.
