HORRIBLE!! DO NOT USE THEM!!

DO NOT USE THEM!!! If I could give zero stars I would!! We spoke to them multiple times and laid out exactly what we wanted and the song selection. A week before our ceremony we received a message saying they are Changing our DJ and they had a “ file corruption” and everything we had talked about was lost. They wrecked our ceremony!! My bridesmaids walked down to spotty music then it just stopped playing all together. I (the bride) had no music as I walked down the aisle! No apologies period from the DJ or the owner!! They re-played songs that they had already played 45 minutes earlier during the dance portion of our reception. The MC announced incorrect names for speeches and they had a second DJ show up with no introduction as to why he was there nor did he EVER talk to us the entire night. On top of that we requested a very meaningful end song that they did not play and they cut our dance music short and tried to do our final send off early! Again- DO NOT HIRE THEM!! We called incredibly upset and the owner could care less- she refused to help us in anyway. The MOST unprofessional vender/ DJ service I have ever worked with.

Unforgettable wedding all thanks to 1024!!

From day one, the communication with 1024 exceeded all of my expectations. From planning our timeline to making sure all of our guests were having a great time until
The very last song of the night. The best decision we made was hiring 1024. My husband and I continue to receive pictures and videos of our guests dancing the night away and praise on one of the best weddings they have ever been to. Our night was unforgettable and I can truly say 1024 is to thank. There were a few hiccups with other vendors and guests but 1024 handled everything so professionally and made sure our night was everything we had imagined and more. Thank you 1024!! We owe it all to you !!

The Best Ever!!!

1024 productions is the best. They are very well organized, making sure that on the day of my wedding we were stress free. I received so many compliments on how nice my wedding was organized by 1024 Productions. If I have any other events 1024 Productions would definitely be my go to choice.

Late for Setup, Technical Difficulties, but fun overall

I want to start by saying that we did have fun, but the event seemed very rushed because she was late setting up and having technical difficulties with the mic. I am not sure if we really got a full 2-hours because she had to go to another party, but people had a good time. Once setup, the screen and the song choice was pretty good. There are three things that I think would have made this better - 1) Confirm the appt. and be on-time so you have time to fix problems; 2) Have a book or list of songs to look through. Guests had to name songs they wanted then the DJ had to look them up to see if they are in the software which took time; 3) Interact with the guests and call them up or announce the songs. She did not say one word the entire time so if you were not listening, you'd miss your song. I think she was new to doing this so I don't want to be hard on her as she was sweet, but when you are paying a few hundred dollars there is a certain level of service that is expected.

Thank you for your feedback. Just to address some of your comments. Our team member arrived at 710pm for setup. The start time was scheduled for 8 pm. Unfortunately, there was some technical difficulties, this is something we can't predict. Our timestamp shows the first song was played at 8:15 pm. So we do apologize for the 15 min delay. It also shows that the last song was finished at 10:24 pm. So you did get the full 2 hours you paid for. We would never cut the time short that a client paid for. I would also like to ensure you that this was not her first time doing a karaoke event. In regards to having all the songs in a book, considering there are over 29,000 songs this would not be feasible. We have an online digital catalog for the guest to use. The last thing I would like to address is the MCing of the event. You did pay to have a karaoke setup and a team member was there to ensure the equipment was set up and broken down. Maybe there was a miscommunication about this. But an MC was not included, that would have been an additional charge. We definitely do not like to have unsatisfied clients so if you needed services for another event we would love to provide a discount to you to make it right.

About

For Mike Pearson, it’s as if each of life’s twists and turns led him on the road to become a great
wedding professional. Mike received a significant amount of experience in customer service as
well as management skills through various corporations. For Mike, that experience has proven
to be priceless.
After several years in sales and dealing with a variety of people, he was offered an opportunity
to attend his first wedding as a trainee and absolutely fell in love with the ambience of the event
(circa 2006). The self-admitted perfectionist, got good, in fact great at personalizing his clients
wants and needs to bring their vision to life. There may not be a DJ invited to more after-parties
from brides & grooms than Mike and his crew. In attempt to explain his success “I like to think
that I’ve just done the research and put in the time to know what, when, and how to play the
right selection of music at the perfect moment.”
It’s a rare combination of easy-going professionalism that makes him such a hot commodity in
the wedding world. His list of previous clients is pretty impressive, but you won’t catch him
namedropping. Mike isn’t about bragging or boasting, he is about the people. Whether it’s
working with schools or making sure brides & grooms have the happiest day of their lives, his
passion is to help. When not working an event you can find him playing with his two sons,
relaxing outdoors with the tunes and grill fired up. Family always comes first.
