Velvet Kensington

Professional burlesque performer with class and humor. I bring humor and sex appeal into my acts. My acts can be as short as two and a half minutes to as long as 15 minutes. My numbers vary in tempo and one can request a certain pace of number.

What to expect when you book me for anything:
I am professional and attentive. I will arrive to my bookings on time or with early to allow time for me to get ready.
Here is what I can do:
I teach modern dance, creative movement, tassel twirling, pastie making, basic burlesque, glove peels, stocking peels, ballet and jazz dance. Any of the following can be taught in a workshop of 60 to 90 minutes. I also choreograph in any of the dance styles in the preceding list for soloist, duets and groups.

Bios: Velvet Kensington

Velvet’s name originated from Kensington Place London where she was born. She was the love of all in her family and was raised on Monty Python and Faulty Towers. She loves most things British, including Yorkshire pudding and first and foremost HERSELF!!!! Being that she was the better twin, she got the most attention from her parents. Velvet Kensington is funny intelligent and most of all British!!! She enjoys long walks in the rain and Yorkshire pudding! She will dazzle you with her comedy and beautiful eyes!!!

Velvet has an older brother, an evil twin sister, Felon Whoreness, and a crazy younger sister, Plain Jane.
King Kensington is the oldest in the family and judging on his hairstyle is still stuck in the 80’s. You might have seen him on stage with Lo Rider performing “Sandwiches.”

Felon Whoreness
Felon Whoreness, Velvet Kensington's sociopathic twin, is what one would call the “black sheep” of the family.
Her birth name is Violet Kensington which she changed after her family sent her to France because she was misunderstood and disliked by the rest of her family.
She has had many stays at psychiatric wards of US and France. However, she is as clever as she is evil and has escaped most highly secured places. You may have seen her kill Santa Clause on stage or impersonate Velvet to get onstage. She has been known to bite.
Felon Whoreness is the definition of pure evil! Her upbringing in the slums and nuthouses of Paris has perfected her skills in tease and torture.

Plain Jane
Plain Jane is the youngest of the Kensington family. She was sent to a Mississippi finishing school at the young age of 10 so she would be knowledgeable to the ways of the southern wealthy. She was betrothed to a rich colonel who lived in Mississippi. When she arrived at the colonel's plantation, she fell in love with his daughter and refused to marry him.
When her family heard the news, they refused to pay her way back to England and cut her off from the family riches.
The rich colonel, who had much power in the nearby towns and neighboring plantations, took no pity on her either. He banished her from his plantation, others and surrounding towns forcing her to live in the swamps of Mississippi where she went mad. She now wanders from town to town searching for husbands and wives to play in her human rodeo.
