About

U.B.U THE BAND has been performing up and down the East Coast for a number of years, based out of North Carolina. Any band can play, but U.B.U THE BAND is there to entertain, with great harmonies and choreography. U.B.U. The Band has shared the stage with KC & The Sunshine Band, Jamie O’Neal, Little Texas, Sugarhill Gang, Hillary Duff, The Tams, The Embers, The Chairman of the Board and many others.

They have also headlined shows for The Cammy Awards, The Special Olympics, The Tour Depointe, The Homestead, The Greenbriar, along with numerous festivals and fairs throughout the mid-Atlantic area.

Just recently complete 3 days at the North Carolina Fair.

What to Expect

Typical Gig Duration: 120 - 240 minutes

High Energy, only beach music group with 3 girls fronting the band. Choreography dancing, with costume changes during shows. A lot of audience interaction with the band.
All 5 performers in UBU The Band are accomplished soloists, along with perfect harmonies.
The 3 girls that front the band change costumes at various intervals during the show.
UBU The Band, is more than just a band they are a complete show package.
Having done hundreds of weddings, they currently perform regular at various Country Club affairs throughout North Carolina.

Additional Notes:
UBU travels with their own soundman, lighting, and sound equipment. They require a dressing room facility. Any additional riders are on a event to event basis.
