Upon filling out our “REQUEST-A-BABE” form, we will email a party supply checklist according to the amount of guests. Top Shelf Bar Babes will provide each client with a customized cocktail/beverage menu and personalized shopping list. We will also take into consideration of the food being served at your event. Bar Babes will be conscious of the appropriate pairing when tailoring your menu. This free service saves you time and money when purchasing alcohol for your event.
BAR SET-UP/CLEAN UP
Bar Babes will arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour early to set up the bar and will stay up to 1 hour afterwards to clean up, free of charge. We are more than willing to lend a helping hand outside of the bar, if needed.
ALCOHOL PICK UP
Not just for alcohol, but we ran out of room trying to fit it all in. After deciding cocktails/beverages and you’re still concerned with time, we will place the order and do a pick up at the store of your choice. We can also pick up groceries, cakes, balloons, supplies, etc.
Texas is too hot not to have a frozen fruity drink or frosty beer in your hand. But let’s face it, this state doesn’t take DWIs lightly. Why risk it? This service goes a long way. It prevents drinking and driving provides a safe night and saves everyone from one less worry. Everybody should have one!
FULL SERVICE BARTENDERS
All Bar Babes arrive prepared and eager to serve. Outfitted with professional bar tools, eye catching accessories, sexy ensembles and (of course) SMILES! Each Bar Babe brings his/her own style, flair, personality and diverse drink recipe knowledge to every event. We share the same desire and intensity to make sure your event is perfect and guests are entertained and well taken care of> Bar Babes are alcohol experts with a passion for mixology. We are dressed to impress, unless noted otherwise. Specific/Alternate outfits or costumes can also be provided.
SERVERS / COCKTAIL WAITRESSES
Our solution to your party maintenance. They will take care of everything from greeting guests, making sure tables are clean, buffet stocked, trash emptied, set up, serve drinks and appetizers, etc. Our servers assist in every aspect of the event with exceptional service and a smile!
It’s your party, why should you be the one hiding behind the camera? When the bartenders/servers are available, they can walk around and snap photos of you and your guests. The pictures will be uploaded to an easy accessible site (for clients) or directly emailed if interested, simply let us know. Professional photographers can be provided as well.
