They did not show up

They missed my wedding ceremony completely and didn't call to warn me that they wouldn't make it in time. I called them several times after they were supposed to arrive, and no answer. 10 minutes before the ceremony I had to ask a friend to bring in a laptop and speakers so that I could have some music at my wedding.

They were there waiting outside the chapel AFTER my ceremony, and told me that they would still play my cocktail hour for half the price I was going to pay them originally. Ha. I politely asked them to leave. Incredibly unprofessional. If you're stuck in traffic, call the bride and tell her!! Please!

I read another review on GigMasters saying that this string quartet was an hour and 10 minutes late for that couple's wedding. Maybe they shouldn't do weddings they have to drive to?
