The Wings of Swing Big Band performs in the traditional big band style from the 30's & 40's to the rock era of the 70's. The band consists of nine to seventeen members and includes vocals. The musicians are either former military musicians or music educators, all of whom have performed professionally.

Fundraiser The band was absolutely incredible! They had a fantastic female vocalist who carried off the "torch songs" just like the original material. She was very well suited to the musical selections and the venue. The band showed its versatility on several occasions by varying WWII-type big band sounds with more current tunes. They put on an incredible show and I would recommend them highly to anyone who asks. I am a musician as well and quite critical of the music I hear. This recommendation does not come lightly. You will NOT be disappointed.
The charity event they played for was a "Snowball Senior Prom," dedicated to senior citizens in our area. There were times when the entire audience was up and dancing. They audience enjoyed them immensely as well...
