The Chai Notes juggling and magic show!
Performing for over 2 decades, The Chai Notes motto is "There is no song we can't play." We not only play all Jewish music (Klezmer, Israeli, all repertoire from every religious movement), but we can easily branch out into Jazz, Latin, Pop, Top 40, classic hits (James Brown's "I Feel Good," Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive," etc.) We also DJ.
Unique to the Chai Notes is our juggling and magic demonstration followed by mass juggling lesson where everyone learns to juggle colorful scarves in 3 minutes, great for bar/bat mitzvahs.
We would love to provide first-class entertainment for your simcha and make it a simcha that you and your guests will be talking about for a while!

December 16, 2012This band is truly unique. The musicianship caliber in the group is higher than any klezmer band I've seen, even the "famous" few. I was fortunate to see them perform at a recent wedding and then followed their itinerary to see their shows in public venues. When then play for weddings, they are extremely professional and play all the songs that everyone loves. When they play concerts, they are true musical artists and experiment with klezmer music the way that I believe has no other band, really pushing the limits at the edge of their field. Anyone intersted had better grab them for their wedding or bnai mitzvah before this group is "discoveered by the industry" and no longer playing those types of gigs.

People keep sending me notes saying our wedding had the most spirit of any wedding they'd ever attended and this is in great part thanks to you guys! You had everyone rocking our Hora for an impossible amount of time and did an amazing job of keeping the fun happening :) And we had many people come up to us and tell us "wow what a great band!" Thank you guys so much, best night ever!

We are in the business because we truly love playing great music and helping our fellow Jewish people to celebrate their simchas. It is an awesome feeling to watch people dancing to our music and really having a blast as they celebrate together! The events we play are not just "gigs" to us. We truly consider it an honor and a privilege each time we are invited into the lives of other's families. We form special connections with them that last long after the event, and we are usually invited back for other simchas in the family. We feel that having us play for your simcha is b'shert.
The band/entertainment is the single most important thing in making a party one that you and your friends will be talking about!
There is no song we can't play. We take all requests.
