Simplicity is a full service event and wedding planning company with over 60 years combined experience.
Our primary wedding planner is Vicki Itson who has worked in the hotel catering business for over two decades, she has the knowledge to ensure the event your guests will never forget!! Her extensive knowledge of food & beverage is an asset to her many clients as she can help create unique menus as well! Not to mention her experiences give her knowledge in everything from linens and decor to how to lay out your reception space.
Planning is what she does best. She knows what questions to ask of you and of your vendors to make sure there are no glitches on your big day. Prior to your event, Vicki will meet with you and with all of your vendors. She puts together the game plan and communicates everyone's duties and expectations clearly.
An added benefit to you is Vicki's extensive knowledge of food & beverage as well as event design. She also has an on-staff Executive Chef!! This team of experts will get to know you and your guests. They work with your caterer and venue to develop a menu that will reflect who you are while staying within your budget.
