About

Patrice Morris is a gifted soloist, songwriter and speaker, who began her singing career at the age of five! Her beautiful soprano voice and energetic presence have established Patrice in the gospel music industry as artist with purpose and passion. Patrice's musical recording repertoire includes her 1999 debut release "Trust Him", her 2001 project, "Holiness Is The Way", followed by her 2005 release, "All My Praise." Patrice has now completed her fourth CD, entitled "In Your Presence", an anointed and inspired compilation of songs that once again highlight Patrice's incredible skills and talent as a vocalist and composer. The CD was released on November 1, 2011.
Patrice has ministered in song with many prominent gospel artists, including Daryl Coley, Andrae' and Sandra Crouch, Marvin Sapp, and John P. Kee. She has also made national television appearances on Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), Candi Station's "Say Yes", Bobby Jones' "Gospelfest", and Vickie Winans' "Singsation". Patrice has also performed studio background vocals for Michael Jackson and Christina Aguilera. Patrice is currently touring with the world-renowned group, The 5th Dimension.
Patrice is a speaker, soloist, and praise and worship leader for a wide variety of events including marriage conferences and women's seminars. Her own commitment and sensitivity to marriage and family have been the foundation of this extremely important part of her music ministry.
Patrice is a native of Terry, Mississippi and an alumnus of Tougaloo College in Jackson, where her major was voice. She is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. Patrice and her husband Kenneth reside in Riverside, CA. They are the proud parents of three young adults. Patrice is an active member of the praise team and ministerial staff of Cathedral of Praise International Ministries, Rialto, CA, where Bishop Craig W. Johnson, ThD., is Senior Pastor.

Influences

I also sing with The 5th Dimension and this influences me because I enjoy performing and seeing the excitement and satisfaction on the faces of our audience. I am also a Praise and Worship leader and I love leading people into worship. My singing assignment is very rewarding.

What to Expect

Typical Gig Duration: 60 - 240 minutes

Excitement, clarity, familiar and new tunes, warm atmosphere, satisfaction each time, great relationship building.

Stage/Setup Requirements:
Three piece band, dressing room, sound system, area setup for sale items

Additional Notes:
Lighting must fit the occasion, staging which includes sound should be excellent. I require something warm to drink before performing (honey and water is fine), a quiet place to meditate, sometimes a vegie snack before performance and something nice to eat afterwards. I also request to have Ricola on hand for my throat. I would like to be paid before performing. I am very reliable and will never let my clients down.

Set/Song/Sequence List:
I have a set list for gospel and a set list for pop, or for whatever the occasion. Again, my clients will be pleased. The client can also request whatever song required.
