Vendor Never Followed Through with Event

I booked this vendor for my daughter's 4th birthday party. I received a confirmation email, picked out which animals I wanted from their website, and spoke to a friendly representative. The week of the party I tried calling to confirm the arrival time but the number kept going to voicemail with no return call. Finally, the day of the party arrived and this vendor was a no-show. They seemed extremely professional all the way up to the point until the week before the party. I would not trust this vendor or book it for any future events. I would be extremely cautious if you do (as I believe they are trying to change their name and their website now) since I am probably not the only one that they acted with such impropriety.

Amazing !

Birthday Party At first we were skeptical as any good parent should be, but I am so glad we had Party Safari at our son's event. We got to feel and touch and feed incredible animals up close and personal! Truly was once in a lifetime experience
