Best Wedding Decision Ever!
My wedding coordinator lucked out and found Olivia while searching online for local violinists. Olivia met my fiance and me at Starbucks for a free consultation where she let us listen to one of her performance pieces. She was patient and gracious even as my fiance and I argued with each other over whether or not to pay extra so she could play at our rehearsal. After that meeting, she stayed in touch to remind me about payments and confirm dates and times. She was the first to arrive at our rehearsal and didn't complain even though we started very late. She played beautifully and promptly arrived the next day to play during our wedding ceremony. Olivia is extremely talented. She is also reassuring to the point that I only picked out the song I would be walking down the aisle to. She chose the rest, and it was perfect. I would highly recommend Olivia to anyone who wants to add elegance to their special event for a great rate.

Just Wonderful
I hired Olivia to play several pieces of music for my wedding. We meet prior to the wedding and we discussed all that was involved. My wedding had an nontraditional entrance and exit to the chapel and Olivia really understood what we were trying to achieve. She was just spectacular. She was on time and dressed perfectly for both the Rehearsal and the Ceremony. She has such a pleasant personality and always had a smile on her face. She played beautifully and we were so happy to have her at our wedding. My mother who had never meet her prior to the Big Day of the wedding commented saying "Olivia has such a gentle and kind spirit" She was perfect!!!

What to Expect
Typical Gig Duration: 30 - 180 minutes
I am committed to offering professional service and am organized, timely, and prepared. I typically do not attend rehearsals but arrange instead for a music consultation meeting with the event planner months in advance. During this meeting, I gather all detailed information necessary (musical selections, timing, cues, etc.) for planning the musical portions of your event and present a legally binding contract. Depending on your event type, you can expect me to arrive between 15-45 minutes before the start of your event. I do require that one straight-back, armless chair be provided for my performance at your event.
