Nichole T. Compton, is a former teenage mother, a native of Louisville, KY and the eldest child of eight. She is mother to 13 year old Rico and wife of Dwayne Compton. She is also a graduate of Berea College and the University of Louisville holding a Bachelor in Science and both her law degree (J.D.) and her Master of Business Administration (MBA). “Nikki”, as she is known by friends, enjoys using her experiences to motivate others. She openly speaks of her successes and failures in hopes to make a difference in the lives of many.
Ms. Compton successfully owns and operates her own firm, Compton Law Office, PLLC in Louisville, KY. Her other many successes include multiple awards such as Champions for Children and being a selected as a leader for the Louisville Bar Association Leadership Academy. She volunteers in her community by helping teen moms continue their education and explore new options. She mentors many and has been appointed as a Parent’s Attorney in Division Five of Jefferson Family Court, where she represents indigent parents accused of child abuse or neglect.
