Yet Paul prefers to have an overhead screen and connection for his laptop's powerpoint presentation, along with good audio (preferrably a chorless lapel, or at least a chordless mircrophone).

Paul likes to videotape all of his presentations on a tripod and videocamera that he brings with him. Therefore a suitable place to set up and a kind person willing to sit by Paul's camera and tripod to ensure nobody bumps it is appreciated.
