Overview

About

Mindy has been a dancer all her life having been trained in classical ballet from an early age. Her method of movement draws from ballet, acrobatics, jazz dance, yoga and other influences to create a technical yet fluid and unique style that
is all her own. She began her journey in the hoop in April of '07 and has been spinning ever since.

She now performs with LED, Fire and Aerial hoops at a variety of venues and types of events from birthday parties to fashion shows to corportate events.

Teaching her craft has opened up an entirely fulfilling world to her as well. It has allowed her to share the fun and fitness the hoop brings to so many lives.

Mindy's performance career led to her exploring another passion and expanding her business
further with her costumecrafting. She sells her work on Etsy.com and creates unique looks for her own performances!
