Hey my name is Mike Hall, but everybody calls me Mike H. It all started at my job where there was 5 Mike's, and they needed to be able to distinguish one from the other. Instead of yelling "Mike" and having 5 heads turn they added the person's last name's initial hence... Mike H.----But anyways, I play lead guitar in the SCC church band and it's awesome. It has taught me so much about music, and I feel like I have a better understanding of how to write and perform live because of it. My songs all have some special meaning to me, especially my song "Let You See"; I wrote that song for my girlfriend and I'm sure that you heard that one before haha, But she's legally blind and so is her brother they never got a chance to drive and I felt such a tug on my heart to write something for them.....and so I did. It became one of my catchiest songs that I have written and the lyrics have so much meaning to me, that I think people if they listen to them will feel the feeling I get when I play it. I love playing music on my acoustic but I also love shredding on the electric haha, So in my shows I blend the two to make a nice diverse sound, you'll be able to see my influences in the blues and classic rock. I hope one day I'll bring classic rock back, and change the direction of music once again. My main goal as a musician is to put on a concert for Starguard's Disease to help the blind because I really believe that giving back takes us forward.
