About
Open mic nights at Haverhill's Chit Chat Lounge in the summer of 2008 were the starting point for the Merrimack Delta Dub Set. Beginning with the simple, yet gripping songcraft and sheer stage presence of Sean Louis Stanton, and held down by the strictly roots basslines from Alan LaFranchi, they were soon joined by Ollie "OD" Overalls, whose smooth, cerebral lines became a laid-back, thought provoking counterpoint to Stanton's beautifully belted melodies. Matthew Migliori and Clark Zlindra-Short have livened things up and certainly added another dimension to the sound, and with new drummer Adam Deuplisea, the sky's the limit. Now with the release of their debut EP "Cover to Cover", Merrimack Delta Dub Set has put on a full court press in efforts to get their CD into every hand possible. With a full line of merchandise and brand new CD in toe, the Merrimack Delta Dub Set is pounding the streets. They'll see you there . . .
