About

Leigh is a Certified Line Dance Instructor and a Licensed Zumba Fitness Professional with more than 15 years of corporate experience in large group facilitation. Leigh is the owner of Line Dance Fever & Fitness, LLC, an organization that provides line dancing and/or zumba fitness instruction for corporate and social events. Because of extensive experience in learning and organizational development, Leigh excels at large group facilitation and customizes client experiences to meet the musical and dance preferences of her client groups. More than just dancing, Leigh also adds customized games to client engagements that are certain to engage her audience.

Leigh uses very basic dance steps that anyone can do to grab the attention of her audience as well as gain their trust. Once she teaches a dance, which usually takes less than 5 minutes, Leigh then involves participants in doing the dance, which leads to an immediate feeling of accomplishment. She follows up the first experience by using the same formula to teach and do three to five additional dances, dependent on group size and receptivity. Once the first group of dances is complete, Leigh interjects dance and/or music based games for a subset of participants from the overall group. The games can be individual or team based and provides additional moments of levity while participants are gearing up for their next line dance experience. After the games, participants are invited back to the floor for more line dancing.
