Legacy Waitstaff and Bartending Services offer event planners and wedding planners the oppurtunity to hire waiters and bartenders for their events.

Our company has been in business for over a year. We are a company that strives to make sure that we give our best during your event. Our staff are professional servers and bartenders. Most have over 5 years expierience serving their communities.

We have served large events and small events. From set-up to clean-up.
If your event is a sit-down event, we will arrive and tablecloth your tables. We will set the tables with dinnerware and silverware. Each waiter will be responsible for no more than three tables to ensure that your guests receive the greatest of attention. We will serve the guests, bus their plates back to the kitchen, and refill their water or drinks during their meal.
After the meal is over and dinnerware has been bussed, we will scrape, clean, and repack the dinnerware.

If your event is buffett style, we will gladly serve your guests. At the end of dinner service, we will clean up the buffett tables and clean the dinnerware as needed.

Our bartenders will be avaliable and serve during your event as needed.

We also offer Champagne and cake cutting service.

What to Expect

Typical Gig Duration: 120 - 720 minutes

You can expect our staff to arrive 15 minutes early to view the event space and be debriefed by the caterer. We will then set the tables with dinnerware according to the event planners instructions. We will serve your guests and ensure that all drinks are filled as well. We will bus all dinnerware from the guests tables and take them back to the kitchen, cleaning them if need be. We will also box the dinnerware so that they can be returned to the rental company. Our bartenders will also serve at a bar station that has been set up with liquor and beverages.

Additional Notes:
All dinnerware and tableware must be provided by the client.
All alcahol and beverages must be provided by the client as well as a bartending station.
