About Kris Miller, ChFEB, CSA, LDA
As a PREtirement and living trust expert, and National Speaker, Kris Miller assists people in developing complete estate packages. Her practice focuses on helping Pre-retirees and seniors reduce their tax liabilities, make safe investments, and protect their savings from probate, nursing home spenddown, and the seizure of assets to pay medical debts.
For more than 21 years, Miller has given PREtirement workshops and keynotes to educate people and organizations about wise money management. In 2010, she was nominated Woman of the Year and Best Customer Service by the Hemet, Ca. Chamber of Commerce.
Kris is a Certified Senior Advisor, a professional who has knowledge about aging and the important health, financial, and social issues that affect the majority of PREtirees. She is also a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant. ChFEBCs are financial professionals who are required to stay up-to-date on the ever-changing Federal Government Benefits Programs and maintain extensive knowledge about FERS, CSRS, Special Provisions (LEO, FF, ATC, CBPO).
In addition to her estate planning practice, Kris owns Trusts Unlimited, and The Living Trust Institute, a document preparation service for revocable living trusts.
A talented singer/songwriter, Kris shares wisdom and comfort with others through her inspirational/gospel music. Since stepping into the professional music sphere in 2007, she has won several prestigious songwriting awards, including being named Songwriter of the Year in three categories by the National American Country Music Awards in 2010, and being nominated, the same year as Songwriter of the Year by the Inspirational Country Music. Her first CD, “Live and Well,” released in 2007, was entered into the Grammy process, as was her latest, “The Journey Home.”
